5.1 Fees

Fees for Services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
 
We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time; however, changes will not affect Services already contracted.
 
5.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Diagnostic assessments and complimentary consultations may be provided at no charge;

• Consulting engagements require a 50% deposit upon execution of the service agreement;

• Remaining balances are due in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in the applicable agreement;

• Payments are processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe or successor provider).

 
5.3 Late Payments

Payments not received within fifteen (15) days of the due date shall accrue interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
 
We reserve the right to suspend Services until all outstanding balances are paid.

5.4 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific Service:
 
Procurement Power Shift™ Accelerator:
Full refund if canceled within five (5) business days of enrollment and before program commencement; 50% refund if canceled before Day 15 of the program. No refunds after Day 15.
 
Procurement Leadership Council™:
Full refund if canceled within five (5) business days of the service agreement execution date.

Custom Consulting:
Refund terms are governed exclusively by the applicable service agreement.

Refund determinations are subject to verification and compliance with program terms. Payment schedules and contractual obligations remain binding unless expressly modified in writing.
